Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate hospitality for hotel guests and ensure service standards are met on-site. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to handle coordination, administration, and non-urgent issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to drive a vehicle with manual transmission.
• Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English.
• Must read and understand simple instructions, short notes and memos.
• Must write simple correspondence.
• Must effectively present information to guests, clients and associates.
• Must apply reasoning to follow written or verbal instructions.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests within 30 seconds to create favorable first impressions.
• Open doors for guests, assist with parking and retrieval with care.
• Provide bell services and assist with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Lead team in delivering high levels of guest service; assist with scheduling changes.
• Manage vehicle keys, ticket info, and cash handling with accuracy and discretion.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information and protect data privacy.
