Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate hotel guest service, coordinate with the Account Manager, and handle non-managerial leadership tasks on-site. The role emphasizes hospitality, prompt guest greetings, and assisting with vehicle valet operations.

Salary is hourly with tips, schedule is 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, and benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan. Seasonal roles are not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet guests promptly and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explains parking procedures.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Promotes teamwork and leads coworkers as assigned by the Account Manager.
• Issues claim checks and secures keys, ensuring accurate ticketing and reporting.
• Assist with guest directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
