Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests, coordinating with coworkers to meet service standards. Under the Account Manager, you may handle administrative tasks and provide guidance when on-site presence is limited.

This role is not a manager position but may involve critical decisions when expediency matters. Hours are 8AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly base pay of $20 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds to create a positive first impression.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explain parking procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while staying calm under pressure and handling guest concerns.
• Manage phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, and reservations.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and oversee routine roles as directed by the Account Manager.
