Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, coordinating with coworkers to meet service standards. The role reports to the Account Manager and may handle non-managerial decisions when expediency is priority.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing doors and vehicle parking, bell services, and assisting with inquiries while maintaining knowledge of the facility and local attractions. Competitive pay and tips are included.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older with ability to pass background, MVR and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and provide excellent guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and manage parking procedures.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide bell services.
• Lead by example and coordinate staff assignments as needed with the Account Manager.
• Issue and track vehicle keys and claim checks; ensure accurate ticket records.
• Protect guest confidentiality and comply with privacy policies including HIPAA-related guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, revenue collection, and shift paperwork with accuracy.
