Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with coworkers to meet or exceed service standards. Under the direction of the Account Manager, the captain handles coordination and administration, and may provide troubleshooting guidance when the manager is off-site.

This role is not a manager; however, the captain may handle urgent issues, report facts to the manager, and seek instruction when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to drive manual transmission.
• Proficiency in spoken, reading and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and deliver hospitable service.
• Open doors for guests; assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; maintain facility knowledge.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and effective communication.
• Issue and track claim checks; ensure accurate ticket information and key handling.
• Protect guest confidentiality and practice HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
