Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff and ensure a high-quality guest experience in our Massachusetts location. The role emphasizes coaching, cash handling, and adherence to safety and operations standards.

The GSS will greet guests, monitor POS transactions, replenish stock, and address guest inquiries while ensuring smooth daily operations and compliant cash processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
