Job summary

Global Partners LP in Natick, MA is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure smooth store operations. You will coach employees, greet guests, and uphold safety, quality and cash-handling standards to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

You\'ll manage POS procedures, replenishment, vendor check-ins, and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining clean conduct and adherence to policies; flexible hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the POS according to corporate standards and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors as per guidelines.
