Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, deliver excellent guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations. The role includes coaching employees, overseeing cash handling, POS use, and compliance with safety and service standards.

You will supervise daily tasks, greet customers, manage inventory, and address inquiries while coordinating with vendors. Flexibility for day/evening shifts and weekends is required; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels during shifts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
