Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold safety and cash-handling policies.

You will supervise team members, coach performance, greet guests, manage POS operations, and keep the store clean and compliant with company standards. Flexibility for day, night, weekends and holidays is required; a high school diploma is expected. This role also emphasizes reliability and teamwork across duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and access all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
