Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, supervise daily store operations, and ensure a positive guest experience. The role emphasizes coaching, cash handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

The position involves supervising POS transactions, maintaining stock, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with vendors while supporting a safe and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and organize work according to management guidance.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure safety, security, quality and store policies are followed.
• Operate POS and manage cash during shifts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping tasks.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep shelves in stock.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors as required.
