Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, oversee work processes per management, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will guide teammates, uphold safety and quality standards, and manage POS operations and cash handling with accuracy.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to access all store areas. High school diploma and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Supervise employees to ensure management directives are followed.
• Provide coaching to improve task performance and accuracy.
• Greet guests and create a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed and store areas are maintained.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing products.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors following guidelines.
