Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, coach performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves POS operation, cash handling, and maintaining store standards across all duties, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The position requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas. High school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas (sales floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties directed by management.
• Provide coaching feedback to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels; handle deposits and cashier responsibilities.
