Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, coach employees, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role includes cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining store standards.

You will support safety and policy adherence while driving in-store programs and guest satisfaction. The position requires flexibility for day, evening, weekend hours and the ability to access all store areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and delivering coaching feedback.
• Ability to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Familiarity with cash handling and store procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to access all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks align with management directives.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Process deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks as applicable.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions and respond to inquiries.
