Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, greet guests, and ensure smooth operations on the sales floor. You will supervise daily tasks, coach employees, and uphold safety and policy standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

The role requires flexibility for hours, strong organization, and reliable transportation. It includes cash handling duties and maintaining product availability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties set by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operation policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and in-stock conditions.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
