Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure store objectives are met. The role requires organizing work processes, coaching employees, greeting guests, and enforcing safety and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain accurate cash levels.
• Keep store clean and stocked; handle replenishment as needed.
• Ensure all guest service programs run smoothly.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, and gift cards.
• Address guest inquiries and handle vendor check-ins as required.
