Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, enhance guest experiences, and ensure smooth store operations. The role involves supervising cash handling, POS duties, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coach employees, greet guests, manage daily tasks, and ensure timely replenishment of stock while addressing guest inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to access all store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping and trash removal.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and handle guest complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
