Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure smooth operations on the sales floor. You will guide employees, handle customer interactions, and uphold store standards.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to manage cash and POS procedures. A strong team player with reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Reliability in transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties assigned by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
