Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach employees, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The role requires ensuring adherence to safety and store policies while managing POS operations and cash handling.

You will also ensure restocking, vendor checks, and addressing guest inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in retail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team in a retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform assigned tasks.
• Coach staff through constructive feedback and training.
• Greet guests and provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash responsibly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks as applicable.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
