Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. You will supervise daily tasks, coach team members, and uphold safety and service standards across all shifts.

The role requires flexibility with hours, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle cash and guest inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
