Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure smooth store operations, and provide an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee cash handling, POS use, and daily housekeeping while coaching employees to adhere to company policies and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility in hours, physical capacity to lift light loads, and a commitment to delivering friendly, efficient service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas including floor, stock and register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoors, etc.).
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Keep store clean and organized.
