Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, coach performance and deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will oversee POS operations, cash handling, and store policies while ensuring cleanliness and safety across the shop floor.

The role requires flexible hours, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels with supervised staff.
• Keep store clean and handle housekeeping duties as required.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes such as deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints; check in vendors per guidelines.
