Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Massachusetts to lead store staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and uphold policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires flexible hours, strong organization, and reliable transportation, with a focus on cash handling, POS operation, and maintaining store conditions. Compensation reflects market ranges for retail supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoors).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors as per guidelines.
