You will supervise cash handling, POS operations, and daily housekeeping while maintaining safety standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to access all areas of the store.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs.
• Check in external and internal vendors as needed.
