Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations with attentiveness. You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth front desk operation and memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, a professional presence, and comfort with computer systems. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
