Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and help ensure smooth front desk operations.

You will answer questions, process reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, handle payments, and provide local information to guests. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not required; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and escalated concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
