Job summary

Dimension Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable with computers and hotel systems, and be dependable and organized. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not required; flexible to work holidays and weekends.

• Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed.
