Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate reservations. You will be the first and last impression guests encounter, ensuring smooth front desk operations and a memorable stay.

You will greet guests, answer questions, handle payments, and work with housekeeping and other teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional presence, and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy front-desk environment.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
