Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs at the front desk. You will help ensure smooth operations and a memorable guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage room assignments, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required; flexible to work holidays and weekends.
