Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

We value strong customer service, friendly communication, and a professional presence. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required, and flexibility for holidays and weekends is important.

• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and elevate concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
