Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

Join a friendly team, where you greet guests, provide helpful service, and act as the first and last impression of our property. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required; flexibility for holidays and weekends is expected.

• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and elevate concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
