Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to help with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs, ensuring smooth front desk operations and an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle room assignments, process payments, and communicate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a welcoming lobby and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and elevate concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
