Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, take payments, answer calls, and maintain front desk operations with a focus on delivering a consistent guest experience. Strong English communication and basic math are essential.

The role requires using the property management system, handling reservations, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards across lobby and common areas. Weekly pay and competitive wages are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payment per company guidelines.
• Process reservations and registrations and handle front desk daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area in line with brand standards.
• Promote ESA offerings and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and report issues promptly.
• Support breakfast setup and other guest comfort tasks as needed.
