Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and collect payments in line with company procedures. The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and adherence to safety standards across all front desk activities.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, maintaining cash and city ledger accounts, and ensuring breakfast displays are set up and taken down as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment per company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures.
• Maintain front desk areas and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues through Make it Right.
• Upsell and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
