Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests, associates and vendors.
• Operate property management system and process shift reports.
• Understand safety rules and operating procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math for payments and settlements.
• Exercise good judgment in guest interactions and issue resolution.
• Handle guest issues and make right decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payments.
• Answer phones and manage reservations and inquiries.
• Ensure front desk and public areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with breakfast setup and display.
• Support housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into bookings.
