Job summary

Extended Stay America Suites Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, and uphold our property's vision and values to create a positive stay.

You will balance cash, assist with inquiries about services, and coordinate with housekeeping as needed. Strong computer skills (MS Office) and a guest-focused attitude are essential; hospitality experience is preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest-focused attitude and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic office software (MS Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and manage the registration process.
• Answer questions about hotel services, facilities, directions, and dining.
• Take reservations by phone, email, and in person, including groups.
• Balance cash at each shift end and generate shift reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
