Job summary

Comfort Inn and Suites Albuquerque North is hiring a front desk clerk to check guests in/out and ensure a satisfying stay. You will handle reservations, basic payments, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Flexibility with shifts is required; typical shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Bilingual skills are a plus and experience in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• Resolve guest questions or complaints.
• Process departures including payments.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Maintain reservations, vacancies, and room assignments.
• Provide hotel information in person, by phone or email.
• Handle wake-up calls and guest requests.
