Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information.
• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing accurately.
• Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage registration.
• Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports.
