Zusammenfassung

Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to guests. You will assist with check-in and check-out, verify guest information, and post charges to guest accounts while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities include arranging dining and activity reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and engineering, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of English and excellent guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and PMS software.

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, verify registrations and balance accounts.
• Provide concierge services and local recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain warm, hospitable relations and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Coordinate room assignments, communicate with housekeeping and engineering as needed.
• Process room charges, reservations and guest bills accurately.
