Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent at Ko'a Kea Resort on Poipu Beach, Kauai, Hawaii. In this role, you will create exceptional experiences for guests by providing welcoming and exceptional service.

Your responsibilities include facilitating check-in/check-out, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining communication with hotel services. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, basic mathematical and computer abilities, and a high school education.
