Job summary

Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Hawaii to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and coordinate hotel services with a warm, professional approach.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, handling payments, and partnering with departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with guests, associates and vendors.
• Knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Good mathematical and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and PMS software.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience with outstanding service.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and room directions.
• Coordinate dining, activities, and transportation for guests.
• Maintain guest rooms and liaise with housekeeping and engineering.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
