Maui Beach Hotel is seeking a friendly and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a delightful stay.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding guest service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet arriving guests and address inquiries.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Assist guests in making and modifying reservations.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Allocate guest rooms and keys based on reservations.
• Handle guest payments and manage financial transactions.
• Relay guest requests to appropriate departments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Promote additional hotel services and amenities.
