Job summary

Fairfield Inn Miami Airport West/Doral in Florida seeks a courteous Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and manage payments with accuracy and brand standards.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, handle guest requests, and maintain security and records using the PMS system. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred; prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• TIPS certification (or similar) required.
• 2+ years of front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with courteous hospitality and register guests efficiently.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, securing payments and posting charges.
• Review and reconcile guest accounts, assist with special requests and reservations.
• Maintain PMS records, process reports, and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver guest services.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
