Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out, handle guest requests, and uphold hotel standards with courteous, efficient service.

The role requires previous front desk or customer service experience, bilingual ability, good computer skills (ASI Front Desk Cloud preferred), and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in Front Desk/Hotel environment.
• Experience in customer service strongly preferred.
• Bi-Lingual abilities are preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk software and computers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out following procedures and post charges as needed.
• Welcome and register guests, fulfill requests, and follow security and policy guidelines.
• Maintain professional image and positive guest interactions at all times.
• Assist with guest billing and credit policies as required.
• Participate in daily briefings and maintain discretion in guest areas.
• Communicate promotions and hotel enhancements effectively to guests and staff.
• Use computer systems to manage room assignments, preregistration, and VIP escort requests.
• Coordinate special arrangements during guest stay and support future visits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
