South Beach Group Hotels in Miami Beach is looking for a courteous Front Desk Agent to manage check-in/out, greet guests, and resolve requests in accordance with hotel standards.

You will operate the front desk computer system, post charges, assist with reservations, communicate local information, and maintain a professional image while ensuring guest confidentiality and safety on shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Previous front office, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Ability to work with computers; ASI Front Desk Cloud preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.
• Knowledge of front desk operations including reservations, check-in/out, and guest services.

Aufgaben

• Check guests out of the hotel in accordance with procedures; post charges to guest accounts.
• Welcome and register guests into the hotel, fulfill requests, and adhere to security and credit policies.
• Maintain a professional image and lead by example to support safe and efficient resort operations.
• Help management apply the credit and guest billing policies.
• Participate in daily briefings and meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure guest confidentiality and safety in all areas and know hotel emergency procedures.
• Explain promotions and enhancements clearly to guests and employees.
• Use computer systems to manage room blocking, preregistration, and VIP/return guest handling.
• Coordinate special arrangements during guest stays and assist with future visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
