Qualifications

• OPERA experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and desire to grow in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Verify payment methods and handle guest accounts.
• Register guests and gather essential stay details.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Share information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Support group bookings, VIP guests, and event attendees.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate booking and payment records.
