Job summary

Best Western+ Steubenville is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Stock pantry supplies and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
• Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Perform 8-hour shifts, ensuring coverage during operational hours.
• Utilize computer skills to manage reservations, guest information, and communication.
