Best Western View of Lake Powell is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver welcoming front-desk service and support guest needs across the stay. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of front desk/hospitality experience.
• Proficient with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Manage check-in/check-out, room assignments, payments, and keys.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Assist with reservations, changes, and room inventory.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ready rooms.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback.
• Support training for new front desk associates.
• Maintain guest accounts, reports, and administration.
• Follow cash handling and payment-processing policies.
• Audit group guest accounts against contracts.
• Provide information on amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Drive the hotel shuttle when required.
• Demonstrate hospitality and service standards.
