Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs with a courteous, prompt approach.
• Provide world-class front desk service and information on local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Handle guest requests, address concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process charges, verify cards, and balance the house bank if applicable.
• Escort guests as needed and maintain security and safety of guest information.
