Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Nashville seeks a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations. You will contribute to smooth front desk operations and ensure memorable stays for guests.

You will use hotel systems, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
