Choice Hotels International, Inc. seeks a Front Office Representative to deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced Nashville hotel environment. You will check guests in/out, process transactions, and promote hotel amenities while maintaining the brand's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include handling guest feedback, upselling services, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience across rooms, F&B, and front desk operations.

Competenze

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
